Welcome to GSKV3 (“App,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this application and participating in any affiliated golf association, league, or event, you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Membership & Fees

Participation in affiliated golf organizations may require a one-time lifetime membership fee of $25.00. Payment of this fee grants access to member benefits offered by the selected Golf Association.

All payments, including membership dues, event fees, and related charges, must be made payable to the Golf Association selected during registration.

Membership approval and participation are subject to review and acceptance by the applicable Golf Association administrators.

2. League Participation

Members may access schedules, announcements, standings, and event-related information through the Golf Association website or approved communication channels.

Non-members wishing to participate in weekly events may be required to:

• Complete an event registration form;
• Contact a participating organization for login credentials; and
• Comply with all league policies and eligibility requirements.

Participation in any event constitutes acceptance of league rules, course policies, and event procedures.

3. League Rules & Conduct

To help maintain pace of play and promote fair competition, local league rules enforce a maximum score of three (3) strokes over par on any hole.

• Players are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, honesty, and respectful conduct at all times.
• Any player engaging in disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike behavior may be suspended or removed from league participation without refund.

Each league may operate at multiple golf courses throughout the year. Event schedules, formats, and locations are determined annually and may change without notice.

4. Championship Eligibility

Each organization may host a year-end championship or Club Championship event. Eligibility requirements may include:

• Winning at least one weekly event;
• Maintaining active membership status; and/or
• Accumulating qualifying points during the season.

Points systems, prize structures, and qualification criteria are determined by each Golf Association and may vary.

5. User Accounts & Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Use or applicable league policies.

6. Privacy Policy

We may collect limited personal information necessary to operate the app and manage league participation, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Golf scores and standings
• Payment and registration information

This information is used solely for:

• Membership management
• Event registration
• League communications
• Scoring and standings
• Administrative operations

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared with league administrators or affiliated organizations solely for operational purposes related to participation in events and memberships.

7. Communications

By registering for membership or events, you consent to receive communications related to:

• League schedules
• Event reminders
• Score updates
• Policy changes
• Administrative announcements

Communication may occur via email, text message, phone call, or in-app notifications.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Participation in golf events and related activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

GSKV3, affiliated Golf Associations, administrators, sponsors, and participating golf courses are not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Weather-related cancellations
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these policies, league rules, membership terms, or app functionality at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or associated websites.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Intellectual Property & Digital Content

All content within the GSKV3 app, including logos, branding, interface design, graphics, scorecards, reports, and any digital or system-generated artwork, is owned by GSKV3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes any digital or AI-generated visuals created or displayed within the app.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any GSKV3 content without written permission.

Users may upload logos, images, or other content for league or event use. By uploading content, users confirm they have the rights to use it and grant GSKV3 permission to display and use it within the app for operational purposes.

GSKV3 does not claim ownership of third-party content uploaded by users but may remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

 

11. App Purchase, Download & Usage

GSKV3 is provided as a digital application for use by golf league members, organizers, and participants. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the GSKV3 app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

• The app may be downloaded through approved app distribution platforms, including mobile application stores and authorized websites.
• Purchase of the app or membership-related services grants the user a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal and league-related purposes only.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the app without prior written authorization from GSKV3.
• Access to certain app features may require an active membership, administrator approval, or valid login credentials supplied by a participating Golf Association.
• GSKV3 reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or portion of the application at any time without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and software updates necessary for proper app functionality.
• Unauthorized use of the app, including attempts to gain restricted access, interfere with system functionality, manipulate scoring data, or misuse league information, may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
• All app purchases, membership fees, and digital transactions are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by the applicable Golf Association administrator.

Continued use of the GSKV3 app constitutes acceptance of all policies, updates, and future revisions to these Terms of Use.
