Quick Reference – User Guide

Purpose of This Page

The Quick Reference page provides organized access to system documentation based on your user role. The pyramid layout groups features by system level.

When selecting a topic, you'll be directed to the help section for that document, and within each section a clickable link will take you to that page.

Understanding Role-Based Access

  • 🟩 Master (admsuper) – Full system access including licensing and disaster recovery.
  • 🟨 Admin – Organization management, scheduling, scoring, and reporting tools.
  • ⚪ Player – Score entry, schedule viewing, stats review, and profile management.

If a box appears faded or partially transparent, your role does not permit access to that feature.

How to Navigate the Pyramid

Step 1 – Expand a Section

  • Click Expand inside any box.
  • A list of help topics will appear.

Step 2 – Choose a Topic

  • Click a help link inside the list.
  • You will be taken directly to that topic inside the system manual.
  • The manual explains the feature and includes navigation to the live tool.

Step 3 – Return to Quick Ref

  • Use your browser back button, or
  • Click the Home icon and return to Quick Ref.
