• Event creation and setup integrity

2. Pre-Test Setup (One-Time)

• Confirm Admin access
• Confirm Client ID / Organization
• Ensure test courses exist
• Ensure 10–20 test players exist
• Confirm bank/payout settings initialized

3. Event Scheduling

Goal: Create a full tournament event

• Create new event
• Enter Event Name, Date, Course
• Select RoundID (regular/championship)
• Select tee time or shotgun
• Save event

4. Player Setup & Signup

Goal: Build field of players

• Add players to event
• Assign group numbers
• Assign tee times
• Test add/remove/re-add players

5. Playlist Review

• Verify pairings
• Check tee assignments
• Move players between groups
• Confirm no orphan players
